All appointments are conducted virtually for your convenience through our easy to use patient portal. Get the guidance and support you need to lose weight without having to leave your home.

After your initial assessment, our weight loss doctors and nurse practitioners will prescribe the most effective weight loss medications for you, such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, to assist in your weight loss journey when appropriate. These medications are filled by a compounding pharmacy and delivered right to your door. The cost of these medications is included in your monthly subscription.

In order to safely prescribe weight loss medications, our weight loss doctors and nurse practitioners will need to review your recent lab work. If you have had lab work done in the past month, great! We will likely be able to use that. If you have not had lab work recently, no worries. We will order lab work and help you find a convenient and affordable location to have it drawn.

Our most popular monthly subscription costs $350 per month and this includes all initial and follow up visits with our clinicians, prescription semaglutide delivered to you, nutritional and exercise plans. We offer other packages as well. Please inquire to learn more.
